Returns


Kindly note that the return request should be done within 3 days from receiving the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
 
There are certain situations where only partial refunds or no refunds are granted: 
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery
 

Refunds

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- If the payment was done by credit card, check your bank account again.
- If the payment was done by credit card, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted for any quastions you  may contact us at Info@59percent.com for updates.
- If the payment was cash on delivery, Pease contact us at Info@59percent.com for updates.
 

Exchanges 

If you need to exchange, send us an email at Info@59percent.com 
If the exchange is approved we will send you the new products with our courier they will release the order after inspecting the old one and picking it up from your end.
 

Cancellation

If you're order wasn't shipped yet it will be cancelled immediately upon your request. 
For any order already shipped cancellation will no longer be possible if you insist on the cancellation your account will be charged 4$ cancellation fees for any order from Lebanon and 15$ cancelation fees for any international order.
