How do I track my package/order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment notification by e-mail informing you which of our logistics company will be handling your order, and containing a tracking number that you can input on our shipping partner’s website.

How long does it take to receive an order?

Order to Lebanon: Our aim is to process and ship your order within 2-5 business days of receipt. 

Can I order by phone?

We recommend to purchase directly from the website, but you can still call us or WhatsApp on 00961 3 006659 to process your orders. 



What kind of payment methods do you accept?

The payment terms is cash on delivery to all Lebanon. 


Can a product be sold although you added it to your cart?

Yes, The product will be considered yours only after you check out and paid for it. so act fast!

Can I order if I am a minor

NO! By visiting the website you represent that you are of legal age to use this site, or otherwise that you have taken your parent’s or guardian’s permission to use this site and the services.

What is the minimum amount needed to process the order?

The amount of your order should be minimum 4$ else you will not be able to process the order. 

Can I hold an order or postpone the delivery?

No. Orders are automatically processed and delivered as per the delivery terms. If the request was mentioned in the notes the order might be cancelled without prior notice.

Reasons for not processing my order?

Your order will NOT be processed and may be cancelled without prior notice for the following reasons:

  • * No answer on mobile number submitted or invalid phone number
  • * Request to postpone the delivery or hold order
  • * Order placed by a minor
  • * Address provided is incomplete or not clear
  • * Delivery time outside working hours
  • * Order amount is less than the minimum order amount specifed (without delivery charge)

How do I know the quality of the products is good?

We make sure that we are giving quality products to our customers.
