Returns

Our policy lasts 24 hours. If 24 hours have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
 
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned (ex: accessories, etc...)
 
There are certain situations where only partial refunds or no refunds are granted: 
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 24 hours after delivery
 

Refunds 

We only refund items if they are defective or damaged within 24 hours notice after delivery. For more information send us an email at Info@59percent.com 

 

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- If the payment was done by credit card, check your bank account again.
- If the payment was done by credit card, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If the payment was cash on delivery, Pease contact us at Info@59percent.com.
 

Exchanges 

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Info@59percent.com 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 
 

Cancellation

We can't cancel an order after 5 hours from it's purchase due to our service is extremely fast and the products might be shipped as soon as ordered. 
If you insist on the cancellation your account will be charged 4$ cancellation fees on any future order you place with us as these are the expenses that we pay once we process the order.
