1. What kind of payment methods do you accept?

We accept COD payments at delivery we will soon start accepting Visa credit cards.

2. Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to all areas in Lebanon.

3.How do I track my package/order?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail informing you which of our logistics company will be handling your order, and containing a tracking number that you can input on our shipping partner’s website.

4.Can I order by phone?

All purchases must be made through our website. We like to keep it quick and simple.

5. Can a product be sold although you added it to your cart?

Yes, The product will be considered yours only after you check out. so act fast!

6. How long does it take to receive an order?

Our aim is to process and ship your order within 2-5 business days of receipt. 

7. Can I combine orders?

Some orders placed from different boutiques sales may reach your door separately but you will be responsible for the shipping charges only on the first partial.

Our shipping confirmation emails will let you know how much of your order has shipped and how much remains to be shipped.
